In the Footer Section Chained has the following options:

Show / Hide Instagram Section
Customize Background Color / Image and Text Color and Hover for Footer Text (menu and copyright)
Footer Menu
Show / Hide / Change Copyright

To set up the Instagram section, first you need to have Smash Balloon Instagram Feed which you have installed it on the step 2, Recommended Plugins.

In the Customizer, at the Footer section you have to add a shortcode:

Default shortcode:

[instagram-feed num=6 cols=6 showheader=false showbutton=false showfollow=false]

If you want more settings go to: WordPress Dashboard -> Instagram Feed -> Display your feed

To set up the Footer Menu, please navigate to: Appearance -> Menus -> Create Footer Menu and assign it to the Footer location

Since v.2.0 there are available Footer Widgets

You can add any widget in footer and automatically will be aligned in columns like below:

1 widget – 4 columns

2 widgets – 4 columns

3 widgets – 3 columns

4 widgets – 4 columns

5 widgets – 5 columns

And so on, the number of columns will correspond with the number of widgets if there are more that 2 widgets displayed.
