Hi, is it possible to opt in for PRO lifetime support later on, after the 14 day initial trial? Or must that be selected at the outset?

Also, I seem to be getting an "expired" message when attempting to apply the NewCustomerJuly code.

It's not possible to have a initial trial for Chained PRO. Also, you could try to add the coupon: now NewCustomerJuly, I extended the period for the weekend so it's valid until Monday, July 13.

Currently there is no option for adding a custom background image to the homepage, but if you become our customer, we can surely help you with small customizations like this.

One more question on this topic - if I sign up for PRO w/ annual level, is it possible to sign up for Lifetime support later (in one year's time?)

Just trying to budget $. Alternatively, if the new customer promo works for Lifetime Support that would be wonderful.

@ancientcoders Thank you. Ok, I am having trouble access the premium features. I have installed the theme and used my activation key, but I see not many new options in the Customize Theme Settings area. Changes I do see are for header 1, 2 or 3. And some options under "Loop". I also see something that says "* View Paid Features" and when I select that it just asks if I want to buy a license. I was hoping to change the font size of my site title and the many other features I saw available for PRO. I'm thinking something is not linked correctly.

@ancientcoders thanks for confirming. how do i make my site header bigger (like in the demo pages?)

For header size, there is an option which increases or decreases the padding for top and bottom of the header which make the header bigger or smaller but I'm assuming you want to make the site title bigger not the whole header, right?

For this, I did not consider a separate option because I have assumed that most people would use logo as pictures, but in our case you want text, so please adjust your site title by adding this css code in the customizer Additional CSS field: 

.site-header .site-branding .site-title {font-size: 36px;}

Instead of 36px, you can use whatever value, but for me it look big and good enough.
