Post Designs

In Chained, we came up with the idea that you should be able to display a different design for specific posts in listings and archives and we did it.

There are, for now, 4 post desings:

Default

Magazine

Fresh

Newspaper

Since v2.0 – Card

IMPORTANT NOTE! – Post Designs work only with the Post Format Standard. If you want to use any other post format ( aside, gallery, audio, link, image, etc ), you can’t use a post design for that.

To assign a design to a post:

• Create post
• In the right side of the post editing administration panel you will see a metabox Post Design
• Select what design you want from the (standard, magazine, fresh or newspaper) and click save.
